Foundation gathers students for a weekly work session and pairs them with world-class mentors and resources to actualize their greatest ideas (art projects, products, businesses, albums, etc.)Foundation is open to NYC students 13-16 years of age, and takes place Sundays from 2-8 pm at Powerhouse Arts in Brooklyn. On behalf of the New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC), we are pleased to announce a new affordable housing development, Beach Green Dunes III, which may be of interest to your community. This building is being constructed through the Extremely Low and Low-Income Affordability (ELLA) Program of both HDC and the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).
We are currently marketing 116 newly constructed apartments in the Far Rockaway section of Queens. The expected occupancy for this project is January 2025 and the deadline for application submission is December 16, 2024.
